JUST IN: A federal appeals court has agreed to let Trump ban the AP from the Oval Office again, a 2-1 ruling that blocked a lower (Trump-appointed) judge’s ruling that the content-based ban violated the constitution.

Mayor Daniel Lurie says all automated speed cameras at 33 locations in S.F. are now turned on. This means that the 60-day warning period began today (even though some have already been issuing warnings) and that drivers will start receiving fines starting August 5. Fines below.
