Today I worked out at Olympus, my gym around 4:00 pm. I'd never been there at peak time. Not too bad. While it was crowded it wasn't insanely crowded. Today was shoulder day. I achieved a personal record by doing 120 lbs shrugs. Now I'm sore AF but in a good way.
