Would have been somewhat reassuring if they’d ‘fessed up. The only other explanation is an unidentified procurement/stock control failure. What else might be counterfeit?

Ombudsman awarded me compensation too. Even so O2 continues to fail to respond much less address the problems. https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.o2.co.uk

Not sure what subject is being tutored but, given the naïve use of AI, I’d worry they use it for tutoring too introducing corrupt knowledge/feedback?

Involved in mediation btw home owner and social club (which was there when they moved). When we suggested they could use the bedroom at the back they said “why should we”. I wasn’t permitted to say “because it’s a nicer room, it’s quiet, you’re early to bed, it resolves the issue, why won’t you?”

This is what I can’t get my head around. I keep looking for the follow up reports but there is no chucking out.

I’m sorry it happened but even more sorry with their response. Everything that’s going on. It’s exhausting to navigate.

Conversation recently with someone who’d given me their ‘just a cold’ (I was sick for weeks). We could easily have postponed if they’d let me know. But they said it was important not to let the bugs ‘win’, but rather to carry on with life. Beyond frustrated.

Indeed. But, given seeming futility of the project, rather that than this https://techcrunch.com/2025/01/03/online-gift-card-store-exposed-hundreds-of-thousands-of-peoples-identity-documents/

Visited a friend in my 20s. Misheard her and thought this was called the See All Tower, because, well, of course, right?
Some years later visiting with my husband to be and confidently pointed it out to him… My tour guide privileges were revoked.

Barclays - with a straight face - explained their late response to me by saying “24 hours” was “working hours” not elapsed time and I was in error assuming that meant between now and the next working day.
*given how long it took it’s safe to say their working hours don’t include 03:38

Urgh. Feel your pain. Once watched (from just out of reach) as a ramekin fell from overhead cupboard, bounced along kitchen counter, narrowly avoided falling into sink to keep bouncing until it smashed my phone screen. Talk about trick shot.

I generally leave at this stage, not *that* interested. Would be good if you could ‘leave a note’ explaining why you abandoned the page.
