Didn't end up making fresh cranberry sauce this year, and so I rough chopped them and am making cranberry shortbread cookies. They are in the fridge chilling for a bit, then I will slice and bake them later tonight. Wish me luck!

Don't know if I will actually use this - but can't stand that damned bluebird for a minute longer. This is me, I'm just heartbroken by recent events and feeling back to pandemic-level hopelessness. Just putting one foot in front of the other these days. Don't expect more.
