The data doesn't lie. More VC's need to be investing in women startups. Not for "diversity" purposes, but because the data says there is a dramatically higher RIO from women startups.

One of the biggest mental blocks I've had to overcome, and that I've observed in other women, is advocating for ourselves and allowing ourselves to be seen and/or heard.

Newsflash: Women are still experiencing sexism in the workplace today. No, it hasn't died. I would actually argue it's getting worse. Especially in non-corporate roles. If you're not actively fighting against it, you're contributing to it.
