It's literally impossible to run the National Weather Service without talking to foreign partners. For example, the National Hurricane Center in Miami shares data with other nations in the Caribbean constantly to forecast storms. Everyone benefits. Weather doesn't stop at the borders.

The US does not have an offensive bioweapons program. Gain of function research did not lead to SARS-CoV-2. The scientific evidence points to a NATURAL zoonosis, ie a jump from infected animals to people. If there is evidence to the contrary it has not been presented.

Kennedy (I have to believe intentionally) misrepresents the history of thalidomide and Frances Oldham Kelsey's contributions by suggesting that the medication was approved in the US. It never was. Precisely because Kelsey intervened to prevent that because of a lack of safety data in pregnancy.

RFK Jr. is not "questioning science"--he is lying about clinical trials, he is lying about the mountains of reproducible available data, and he is lying about safety and efficacy findings. "I'm just asking questions" is a lazy and cheap way to grab people's emotions and attention.
