The weirdest paradox is that after you hit 35, you pretty much feel like you’re both 20 and 60 years old at the same time forever. Like it’s just a lifetime of thinking “but what do I REALLY wanna do with my life” while you fire up the blood pressure machine that lives on the kitchen counter now

The #1 reported reason people avoid doctor’s appointments is because they’re afraid of finding out they have a serious illness. If you have that fear, that’s normal and you’re not alone. Also remember, there is basically no serious illness that isn’t less serious if you catch it sooner.

This one got away from me but there are things I learned along the way.

First day of vacation. Sketching and relaxing. #watercolor #art

I think this is the perfect time to remind people what DEI really is. - this was created by me and if you share please credit me. I have seen many try to pass it off as their own. #dei #TLSky #EduSky #DEI

I am extremely excited to announce that for the first time ever, Skype a Scientist is offering mini-grants to support IRL science communication!! Communicating science out in our communities is critical. We want to enable others to get their projects off the ground! docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F...

Painted some people today. Not my strength but good to try new things! #watercolor

This is an awesome episode! The story of Alfie plus so much more owl joys.

Mars rotation. Mars has a day length almost the same as the Earth, at about 23.5 hrs. I made this video from nearly 100 separate images, taken over a period of over 4 hrs. I've speeded it up to show the rotation, and plays at about 3660x real-time speed. #astrophotography 🔭

When your dog loves snow so much that you can’t walk without 200 rolls in everyone’s front yards…

Martha’s Vineyard today. Snowing.

Just a little snow here but enough to make two snow dogs very happy.
