The blazing colors at the Los Gatos farmer's market this morning can't help but spark joy. These beauts were grown nearby in Hollister by a family of brothers from Mexico and trucked into town by staff who started work at 5am. #farmworkers

At the Doka Coffee Plantation in Costa Rica, the workers are mainly migrants from Nicaragua. Many come with small children. In addition to liveable wages, they enjoy on-site housing and childcare. The way it should be!
