Also whilst looking for alternatives, I've discovered that the medicine I was taking for my hayfever (loratadine) is actually supposed to be a non drowsy antihistamine, which is even more ironic that it's one of the worst cases of drowsiness I've had when taking any medication

Extreme sleepiness update: I feel a lottttt better today still not quite 100% normal but way more alert and awake than I was yesterday and less headachey. Haven't had any allergy medicine since friday night and seems like side effects are wearing off so i think that was the cause

I don't know if this is the reason or just coincidence but I've been taking medicine for my hayfever before I go to bed since my symptoms are usually worse in the morning and it usually makes me drowsy anyway and I have just been knocking out lol it's like doubling as a sleep aid
