The BSAM @psychosommed.bsky.social Early Career Editorial Board provides a pathway for outstanding early career researchers around the globe to gain experience in reviewing and editorial functions. Apply by April 15. Please share with colleagues and rebleat! journals.lww.com/bsam/Documen...

EMA/Daily Diary researchers! Do you have a dataset with momentary or daily loneliness among adults 18+? @kvanbogart.bsky.social is seeking datasets to support a coordinated data analysis Email [email protected] with a brief description of your dataset to be considered! #psychscisky

Yes, this administration is dangerous and cruel, but they are also shockingly dim and incompetent. Opportunities are everywhere. Make everything as hard as possible. Resist every demand. Refuse entry without a warrant. Don’t take the buyout. Their problem solving skills are 📉

I had no idea that I would get a burst of motivation after reading this @bandcamp.com article about @doseone.bsky.social , but here I am sciencing on a Saturday daily.bandcamp.com/features/dos...

Wow, I was not expecting a release from @doseone.bsky.social! This album is a incredible doseone.bandcamp.com/album/all-po...

Oliver wanted to let @quantitude.bsky.social know that it’s been 5 years since Jiffy first appeared on the podcast. Happy Birthday, Jiffy!

This is a great write up of some really cool work that some of my colleagues in the Center for Healthy Aging at Penn State (and beyond) recently published including @leb112358.bsky.social!

This article gives a phenomenal overview of the history and evolution of best practices in measurement invariance and differential item functioning -- I can't remember the last time I learned so much reading a single paper, highly recommended! www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10....

Enjoy this pack of #Data Ladies to help diversify your feeds a smidge 😉 It is quite bare bones at the moment but I'll continue to curate over the coming days ✨ go.bsky.app/5388qNY

My fav starter packs so far, a thread: stats: go.bsky.app/Ki7PjpS stats: go.bsky.app/7TBN5rX causal inference: go.bsky.app/FdemGAZ package devs: go.bsky.app/N1569Qh data peeps: go.bsky.app/8TdEfdK medical stats: go.bsky.app/ArqEz36 bioinformatics: go.bsky.app/Ha64Gmv r-ladies: go.bsky.app/Vgxwa2F

I made an attempt at a bsky psychometrics starter pack with people who work on or largely with psychometric tools! Please reskeet and (selfl!)nominate to help me fill my many and varied blind spots and make this a useful and balanced resource #rstats #psychometrics go.bsky.app/6oGLp7D

Starter pack for EMA, ESM, and Intensive Longitudinal Researchers. Feel free to share, follow, and nominate. Suggestions welcome! go.bsky.app/LzqJoUX #ESM #EMA #AA #IntensiveLongitudinalResearch

Check out the new paper for my research group using causal inference techniques to examine the impact of contamination bias in child maltreatment research acamh.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/...

New paper: journals.sagepub.com/doi/pdf/10.1... This was a study I helped with that highlights a little known issue in child maltreatment research. Contamination bias can impact findings when children recruited for the non-maltreated control are or become maltreated during the course of the study

Check out this interview I did about our recent publication www.psu.edu/news/health-...

Honey, I overfit the kids
