Am I the only one not digging the new OSF layout?

Congratulations to @yaniners.bsky.social and co authors, @jgeller1phd.bsky.social, Julia Drouin + Sarah Colby on their new preprint: "Language Without Borders: A Step-by-Step Guide to Analyzing Webcam Eye-Tracking Data for L2 Research." (Using 🦍's Eye Tracking component!) πŸ”— lnkd.in/e6-ABezA

Happy to share my new preprint (4 years in the making) with @IPrystauka Sarah Colby and Julia Drouin! In this tutorial we show how to preprocess webcam eye-tracking data from @GorillaPsyc and WebGazer.js. osf.io/preprints/ps...

Have this conversation a lot with folks. It is okay to deviate from your prereg, but you must be transparent about what changed and how this impacts the severity of your tests, if at all. Excellent article from @lakens.bsky.social! There are some goodies in here. online.ucpress.edu/collabra/art...

Can’t wait!

This looks awesome!

#EEG skyers! My student and I could use some help! Lately we have noticed increased noise (line noise) in our EEG signal (using biosemi) biosemi.nl/forum/viewto.... Nothing has changed in our setup. What could be going on and how can we improve it?

A new version of the preprint for the ManyClasses 2 project involving 30 classrooms (6th grade to college) is available. Led by @benm0tz.bsky.social, this impressive study confirms the benefits of prequestions for student learning, with some complications (see the abstract). osf.io/preprints/ps...

Had a great time!

Give rix (docs.ropensci.org/rix/) by @brodriguesco.bsky.social a try! I was a bit intimidated at first, but so far it is has been a wonderful experience and I actually feel like the things I do can be reproduced by others which is a great feeling. It is much better than renv IMHO.

A very brief introduction to #pupillometry πŸ‘οΈ for a general audience by @cstrauch.bsky.social in #Psyche πŸ‘‰ psyche.co/ideas/the-pu...

Eye-tracking peeps! Are there any good packages (R, Python, Matlab) to calculate transition probability between AOIs?

Love looking at other reviewer comments after doing my own. However, it is wild to see reviews thay are only a couple sentences long. How is that okay and useful for the author(s)?

Very cool! @jamiereillycog.bsky.social! jensmadsen.com/synchronized...
