I am no longer allowed/able to eat until I'm full to bursting. When I do, I start to get the cramping right at my solar plexus like I did when I had my gallbladder removed. Switching to a grazing or light eating habit is hard. Sigh. Is it March 11 yet for my weight/food consultation?
