Because we're a metropolitan chapter of the @nywfp.bsky.social our people work mostly in local+state politics. However the name Eritrea is not unfamiliar to us. Rochester is one of a small number of US cities with a sizeable community of Eritrean refugees who fled Afwerki's totalitarian regime
