Trying to figure a YouTube thing. Pretty sure the reason I can't is the articles saying 'Do this simple thing' are actually AI-generated garbage that have then been picked up and echoed by other articles. LLMs being used by people who don't know how to use them is killing the internet.

I live in Seattle which means I have a backup espresso machine (my old one that I never sold when I bought a nicer one 8 years ago). This is good because the 'new' one is busted. I'm now paying the price for not descaling it before storing it. It ... needs a lot of cleaning.
