I think the prequels are great but I rarely push back against popular (and incorrect) talking points about George Lucas but seeing them getting critical re-evalutation is nice. A shame it took Disney flushing the IP down the toilet for this to happen. RLM did a lot of damage.

Since everyone's on the subject of director's cuts: Kingdom of Heaven's was such a massive, movie-changing improvement, nothing, not even the usual suspects, come close to it. A couple do but this one's on the next level. If anyone hasn't watched it I recommend you do.

I wish WB would give me cash to say how a trailer is the most hopeful thing I ever seen and it's the Superman we need right now. It's such a blatant falsehood but if I got that money I wouldn't care. Look forward to this being said until a week after this film's release before being forgotten.
