Smudge, Charlie and Megan are raring to go this morning.

My mum and Dad’s 70th wedding anniversary today. SEVENTY YEARS!!! They’re still very much in love. We are so lucky. X

This beautiful place is where we’ll be performing on 19 April, alongside Daria Kulesh and The Kimberleys

I like books but I’m getting book recommendation overload on Bluesky. Still, it’s better than nutter overload on X

Milton Hide’s single, Simon’s Nick, releases 19 March. Watch this space (from the forthcoming album, Bungaroosh). youtu.be/mF1sDwEeWvg?...

Full house for the exquisite Joe Topping st our last Bluebell Roots in this lovely venue. We’re moving to something a little bigger so it should be a little more comfy!

Spring is really in the air now. The wild garlic coming on fast. Yum, yum!

Very (extremely!) excited to say we’ve just send our 3rd album, Bungaroosh, for duplication!!!

Reqlly does begger belief doesn’t it? news.sky.com/story/bp-sla...

Meanwhile in Sussex… There’s always Wealden clay :-(

Welcome to America. The story of visionary architect László Toth and his wife Erzsébet, this multiple Oscar-nominated film opens tonight and runs until Thursday 27th! https://buff.ly/41wuJeb #TheBrutalist

Is it possible to have too much fibre in your diet? (Asking for a friend)

Has there ever been a better song written about a morning like this? Too soon to be out of my bed Too soon to be joining this bus queue caper Or fumbling for change for my picture paper On a Monday morning. I think not. youtu.be/XsPQAMLhkV0?...

Morrisons Every Day Tea Bags are plant based. Who knew?

There were one or two comments that weren’t very woke in Woking last night. We had a lovely time at Anchor Folk Club though. X

Match day! Playing at The Anchor Folk Club, Woking, this evening. :-)

Can you help a great friend of mine? He's giving up the day job entirely to run his own mobile recording business. A very quick and easy survey. Thank you :-) www.surveymonkey.com/r/F8CSRKR?fb...

Seemed like a good idea… www.miltonhide.com/bungaroosh-i...

Done that Linktree thing (Is that owned by meta yet? I didn't check) linktr.ee/miltonhide

Bungaroosh. What is it? Apart from the name of Milton Hide’s next album, it’s a great analogy for life. It’s a wall that can look great, but it’s a cheap quick construction, often containing flint you can’t drill and soft lime mortar that won’t support a shelf. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bungaro...

Late to the party but I’ve just seen A Complete Unknown. What a great movie. I did not recognise Ed Norton immediately. Fantastic performance from him in particular. One question - wasn’t the Judas shout in Manchester? Did it happen elsewhere too? It doesn’t matter - just interested.

Wow - seriously, was this a year ago?!??! I’m really proud of the sound on this. Honestly recorded live in one take. Jo singing like an angel. youtu.be/pJLS6kx0LNk?...

Why are these things so terrifying when you haven’t picked them up for a week…?

Bracing Or rather Bloody cold! But fantastic up on the beautiful South Downs this morning. Megan was pleased to get back in the car (as was I!)

Could we be any more woke than this? West Londoners and north Surrey folks, we’re playing Woking on Thursday. www.anchorfolkclub.com/live-folk-club

A little something i wrote a couple of years ago. Goldfinches are an absolute joy and one species that seems to be doing very well DESPITE man's best (or worst) efforts to destroy the environment. Inspiring. youtu.be/zePBRTshUe8

I still have another day job. Just updated my amazing sister’s website. She wanted it clean and simple and minimalist. Need decorating or a makeover www.lindseytipler.com

Just finished the final touches to the mixing of the new Milton Hide album last night. Insanely excited. :-)

Belgian heist/hostage drama in 12 parts. One of the best things I’ve seen for a good while. Twists at every episode. Fascinated by the language too. UK viewers can currently see it on Channel 4 catch up. Might also be on Prime Video. De Dag (The Day). www.channel4.com/programmes/t...

Farmers were conspicuously absent at the Restore Nature Now march earlier this year. Wouldn't it be great if they got this animated when it comes to the state of the planet.

Brilliant to find the lovely @hailshampavilion.bsky.social here. Milton Hide will be there with two other amazing acts in a few weeks time. Watch this space. #livemusic #folk
