Donated a car. Tow truck driver said he was arrested because DMV suspended his license. He sold a car, new owner didn’t file change of registration, DMV sent notice to old address and didn’t reach driver.
In Oregon, you can file with DMV that you sold car even if new owner doesn’t ever register.

We use Google Voice as our landline using a VOIP device. It will accept texts as email on a dedicated Gmail account, then forward them to us. It’s a little tricky responding because you have to remember to send from the dedicated account. Usually we just reply from our cells.
