Oh, I know... In part I'm just venting, and part of me hopes the next Dem admin appoints an aggressive AG willing to take the gloves off. A normal person taking a single classified document would end up in a dark hole until their trial. Let Trump enjoy his delaying tactics in one.

I tend to agree that he won't get jail time, though I'd love it if Merchan could see to at least a 30 day stint or such. Just so long as the case is not tossed and Trump stays a convicted felon, I'll be 'happy' at least as much as can be in our current circumstances.

Where did this stupid idea come from? If the Democrats wanted to do away with the popular vote, then why would pretty much every Democratic state have joined the National Public Vote compact that would give their electoral votes to the popular vote winner, essentially killing the electoral college.
