I’ve enjoyed this whole series on Great Political Films.This episode with @helenlewis.bsky.social is well worth listening to. The only thing I remember about the first time I watched fight club is going out to buy a copy of where is my mind by the pixies straightaway.

Stockport 10 (miler) today, a baffling but brilliant race including track, parks, road, hills, housing estates and trails through farmland. One of my favourite races. Bravo Stockport Harriers for hitting the 1000 entry limit. A well organised, friendly race. #running #stockport

On my run this morning a man standing on the Middlewood way near Middlewood station stops me and asks me “can you show me the way to the nearest road, I’ve never been here before and need to find a taxi.” I would really like to know the events which led him to this predicament.
