🔺Baltic Sea activity Russian Navy Black Sea Fleet Pr.23470 class tug “Sergey Balk” returned to Khronstadt, 13 February 2025, following IPTX from Baltiysk. ⚠️Balk was towed by SB-123 suggesting its engine problems persist. Likely to conduct maintenance at KMP later this year.
