At this point I would anticipate the Jaguars are going to re-open their head-coach process. Expect to see some coaches who got initial interviews getting requests for second interviews.

With Trent Baalke out and knowing how interested the franchise has been in Liam Coen, it would not be shocking to see the Jaguars make another run at the Buccaneers offensive coordinator. They make him tell them no twice. The Bucs did just make Coen one of the highest-paid OCs in the league.

Liam Coen gets an extension and a raise with Tampa Bay, but according to people with knowledge of the contract details, there is no "coach-in-waiting" clause for Coen with the Bucs. This is about continuing to build in Tampa as one of the league's highest-paid OCs.
