I've had a nightmare. I brought Nkunku and Cunha in for Rogers and Watkins. Mainly because of the blank. Bad enough, but I accidentally left Nkunku on the bench 😭

2 weeks ago I started going to exercises classes (crossfit, fitness, circuits). Needed to do something to get fit and deal with my dodgy knee. Today I ran for the first time in a while! Nice to be out! 🏃‍♂️
