I feel a lot of people are getting the wrong idea on what made Air Ride special. Its roster of 3 characters was panned at the time because people tend to think "more characters = better", but the real stars (heh) of Air Ride weren't the character roster: it was the machines and their handling.

Man I remember when the Smash 4 Rosalina trailer baited me into thinking we'd get a new Air Ride (it even had the main theme in the beginning) And then I got baited from thinking we'd get an new Smash, but instead the dream was real this time
