So, if I’m reading this judge’s order correctly, the coalition of states who sued for an emergency halt to Musk’s access to data at agencies, the states can’t prove “irreparable harm” from his actions, but they can’t prove irreparable harm bc THEY DON’T KNOW WTF HE’S DOING.
