#FamilyMedicine #PrimaryCare we have long discussed how we infantilize medical students and residentsyet at the same time we expect them to act like experienced adults with emotional family and staff and difficult medical conditions. No wonder we burn out we didn’t get the training we deserved.

#MedSky #FamilyMedicine. Boy is medicine a house of cards. I look forward to the day when all doctors are paid the same because after about two years into practice specialist have made up for the extra couple years of training in which they were being paid anyway.

#FamilyMedicine #MedSky. So I am semi retired working a day a week as a 1099 doing medication assisted treatment and acutes. the health system I work for is losing buckets of $ so I was told I was an unnecessary expense and have 90 days left . I thought primary care docs were in short supply.
