With the exception of when cold weather includes fluffy white snow in the side of a mountain.

I understand the procedural differences but, morally, the two are identical in being the epitome of corruption and should offend equally.

So the genius idea is a comment/suggestion box? We needed AI-wonderboy-douchebags for a suggestion box?

Hard to “connect with” stupid. Quite the dilemma.

Getting them is one thing. Loosing them and getting them back is another altogether.

Dude, I’m an optimist but that’s an absolute pipe dream. We just elected a people who are expressly opposed to everything you just said, and they now control the mechanisms needed for change. Demand all you want, just shouting into the wind.

How is building a bunker quitting? Or waiting out the shitshow somewhere else? What exactly am I quitting by just reading the room correctly and saying there’s no political fix here, only a social one, and that it’ll be 20 years before this country gets back to normal.

(Hint: it’s over). No leader (certainly not a Dem) is going to unify working people against their own party. It will be the next generation, at least, of working people who realize they’ve been conned by MAGA. Get your passport in order or build a bunker.

Good luck with that! Both parties are bought and paid for, there’s no going back. The only real resistance now must come from the streets because our politics are broken. And by the way, “working people” did vote for this clown show so kinda hard to fight for them, no?

Everyone seems to think that designating cartels as terrorists is a good thing. Why is that? We couldn’t win the War on Drugs so we’re making it part of the war on terror (that we haven’t won). The motivations for each being so different is just one reason why it won’t work.

A publisher spewing disinformation and I don’t even have to got to X for it. Sad.

20% of X users would say they see no curve. Another reason to love this place.

LOL he thinks they’ve been “governing”. Jesus titties we are so screwed.

But how would social media posts exercise a major influence on voters who aren’t online that much?
comment in response to post
So the median voter isn’t that online but one of the reasons Trump win was Twitter posts? Make that make sense.
comment in response to post
I beg Newt to listen to any of Trumps’ early conversations with Howard Stern and then say this with a straight face.

So Elon’s championing of “citizen journalism” was really just a $$ grab. Shocked.
comment in response to post
It comes from their belief (provided by Elon) in a “digital town square” and “democracy of ideas”. It’s a childlike mindset, as there’s not one place where ALL Americans go for such things, and there never will be despite their best efforts. And some ideas are just bad, even if they’re the majority
