I think WHEN are they going to try is just as important. Will it happen late in the evening of a summer Friday night like Memorial Day or 4th of July when we’re all busy with family and friends and not glued to our TVs, tablets, and phones. They’re a devious bunch - Liars, crooks, & thieves.
