I go to the dentist/hygenist & pay for stuff, get offered fancy expensive treatments. Older have money can choose & trained migrants serve us. Younger can't get NHS can't afford private. We ancients literally buying up space & excluding others not deliberate but it's ruinous. Same in other fields.
