This is so good. The joy of feeling every TV cliche dismantled. 🙏 @joannahs.bsky.social

It’s time for my *favourite* episode so far of ‘You Do Not Have to Say Anything’. Come inside the barristers’ robing room. Episode 5 is called: ‘My Learned Friends’ 🧡

🎧 This is a superb series. Highly recommended.

Your public service announcement that the incredible You Do Not Have Yo Say Anything - with the equally incredible @joannahs.bsky.social - continues today on BBC Radio 4 and iPlayer. It’s a wonderfully true and compassionate insight into the criminal justice system. www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/brand...

www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/brand... The description by @joannahs.bsky.social of trying to find her learned friend by matching them to a more flattering photo from their Chambers website sounds a bit like online dating where there’s always a debate about how old a photo can be before it becomes deceptive

For a wonderfully well-informed but empathetic and accessible insider's guide to the criminal justice system in England and Wales, you won't find much better than @joannahs.bsky.social 's series/podcast for the BBC 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝘿𝙤 𝙉𝙤𝙩 𝙃𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙎𝙖𝙮 𝘼𝙣𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m...

I'm planning to catch up with a whole week's worth of @joannahs.bsky.social on R4 courtesy of the wonder that is BBC Sounds. Need to decide what a suitable liquid accompaniment should be....

WHAT an absolute treat for us all. Congrats to the big man. Or big woman. Whatever. Preorder this beaut before the crowds. ❤️

Very much enjoyed the new radio 4 series by @joannahs.bsky.social made me nostalgic for practice and will be recommending to students thinking of a career in criminal law

This is terrific. I spent so much of my reporting career watching the process of our criminal justice system unfold. To hear this account is so revealing. Exceptional work from @joannahs.bsky.social and all involved.

This is a great podcast for anyone who wants to learn more about how our criminal justice system works. Pleased to hear defence barrister @joannahs.bsky.social has included the experience of victims throughout. Well worth a listen ⬇️

I try to avoid being a busman whilst walking the dog but had to give this a listen today. Excellently presented and a must for anyone who is looking for an incisive but not haughty insight into the criminal justice system by @joannahs.bsky.social www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/...

If you're into true crime or have any interest in what actually happens in the Criminal Justice System don't miss Joanna Hardy-Susskind giving an authoritative primer weekdays on Radio 4 at 1345 or listen here: bbc.co.uk/programmes/m00…. She talks to me in Episode 5 about prosecuting.

Ears pricked up on hearing new series on @bbcradio4.bsky.social. Barrister @joannahs.bsky.social is presenting & reporting programmes which shine a light on all corners of criminal justice system. Well worth a listen www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/...

Loved loved loved the series on @bbcradio4.bsky.social by @joannahs.bsky.social ! As someone who only ever studied criminal law and never practised it, it’s fascinating to hear how the other half live! #YouDoNotHaveToSayAnything

Well this is rather brilliant. The realities of our criminal justice system in bite-sized bits by @joannahs.bsky.social First 5 episodes: www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/brand...

OK so now I'm binge-listening to @joannahs.bsky.social new programme on Radio 4 "You do not have to say anything". I will miss tomorrow and Wednesday's episodes. It's excellent. Do have a listen if you want to hear about the English criminal justice system...
