@pettersen.house.gov I am not in Congress, but my first baby was premature by a month and was coming out feet first facing forward. This was in January, 1979 in a snowstorm in NYC. I had to have a C-Sec and I had a fever in hospital for 6 days. This can happen to anyone! My boy is alive & well!
