The interesting/inconsistent thing about Musk here is that he's supposedly championed getting information "from the source". Throttling links and promoting screenshotted or directly uploaded content prevents that. It's almost as if he doesn't believe what he says.

Others have noted it but I will too: The big reason Bluesky is so hot right now is that the people who add value to social media - the frequent posters in specific fields - are here now, talking to each other and creating the "spectator value" that draws users and attention.

Appreciate this may not be a universally popular opinion but the less you treat BlueSky as a crusade or cause, and the more you position it as simply a superior user experience with a better governance approach, the more sustainable the growth will be.
