With the hockey Canada sexual assault trial going on, I don’t want to hear anyone pulling that “But they have such bright futures ahead of them” Bullshit. The consequences of their action are something they should have considered before the fact, not used as an excuse to avoid accountability after.

I'm a middle aged, cis, white, heterosexual man and I can say with total confidence there is not a single "DEI" policy that has effected me in any way at all, let alone negatively. Anyone who thinks otherwise is making excuses for their generic, unremarkable, mediocre existence.
