I'm on my way to the Senate floor to talk about the assault on my colleague, Senator Alex Padilla. This is a horrifying moment in our nation’s history.

This is what happens to a US senator in 2025 under Donald Trump asking questions

This👇👇👇👇 On repeat. Don’t give me any of that “but it’s too difficult” stuff because “politics” What you choose, what you say and how you vote is you doing politics. And I resent paying for other people’s bad choices & gutlessness

You would think most immigrants to the UK were asylum seekers if you listen to the Media but it is less than 4%. And the housing shortage? 1945-1979 - 5,000,000 council houses built. 1980-2025 - 250,000 council houses built. That's why.

An apology. Yesterday, I suggested on this site that sooner or later, Reform's new chairman, David Bull, would make an absolute turnip of himself. I was wrong. There was no "later" to it.

Since 2010, we have lost: 279 school playing fields 750 youth centres 793 playgrounds 800 libraries 1,086 swimming pools 1,416 Sure Start children’s centres No wonder children have nowhere to go Tax multi millionaires, give us back our public services www.theguardian.com/society/2025...

They really should remove the World Cup from the USA and let Canada and Mexico do it all. Spread the message if you agree.

You have to love the Brexiters losing their collective shit over Gibraltar becoming part of the Schengen Area. It's happening BECAUSE of Brexit which has made life very difficult on the Rock and that's why 95.9% of Gibraltarians voted remain.... but apparently Starmer is giving it away

Double.

Pleased that the government have stood up to the Israeli ministers. Now do it to Prince Andrew.

Boris Johnson chose 8 out of the 12 board members at the BBC, and they make decisions on a simple majority of 7. That is why the BBC is such a complete bag of 💩 Fire them all, NOW.

The credentials of David Bull to be chairman of Reform: 1. He presented Most Haunted on Living TV, thus proving he's a dab hand with promoting absolute bullshit via a totally misnamed outlet

BBC NEWS “In the last few hours Russia has begun targeting major British cities with an army of nuclear drones, but we’re interrupting coverage of the attack because Nigel Farage has just farted after eating an enormous ploughman’s lunch.”

Is the BBC giving too much airtime to Reform UK? With me in the studio to discuss this are Nigel Farage, Richard Tice, Lee Anderson and Sarah Pochin.

We need to stand up for @terrymoranabc.bsky.social

Good to see Richard Tice back on TV. It's about time Laura Kuenssberg did her bit to normalise Reform policies by platforming a party with only 5 MPs almost every week.

It's amazing how the same politicians can describe VAT on public school fees as an attack on aspirational parents and then argue that free school meals for poor kids are a waste of money

Great piece and I agree with pretty much every single word

Don't know about you, but my evening has been immeasurably brightened.

My email to the new Reform MP, Sarah Pochin, who used PMQs to suggest banning the burqa.

#CAWOSbirding #birds interesting #patchbirding around Chelford quarries, eight of us met up & enjoyed good company with highlights of Reed, Garden & willow warblers, Lt grebe, gadwall, oyster catcher & chick's, swifts, house Martin & swallows. Image courtesy of @stevesealimages

Last day on our #Interrail trip around France. It’s been fabulous. Just sort out the horrible smoking outside cafes, bars and restaurants. I know they are just about to ban smoking in all areas with children but NOT on terrasses! Ban it completely! It can be done. Chantilly races. yesterday. 😍💥

Had a walk along The Wirral Way today, from Neston to Hooton. I'd forgotten how atmospheric the cutting is - an amazing testament to 19th century engineering, and the sheer hard graft of the workers, when you see it close up like that👍

The media used to give Boris Johnson a free pass for his whole political career. They gave him a free pass during the 2019 general election. Allowed him to swerve questions, interviews and to campaign on a single policy, Nigel Farage is allowed that same free pass.

Strasbourg. ❤️💥 #Interrailing
