Ever since seeing "Star Trek V: The Final Frontier" in 1989 I've been meaning to learn Morse Code, just in case I need it. I haven't, and I haven't.

I'm going to go vote today, and I hope you do to. This one feels different. I'll be wearing an Iron Maiden shirt whilst doing so.

I just checked the care instructions on the new Metallica concert shirts we got...and I love the pun. "Wear-Ever I May Roam"

I just popped into X to see what it's like. Everything that was suggested for me was either trash, or things of a political nature I do not subscribe to. Nothing I followed showed up for a while. I quite like it here on Bluesky. I hope the people whose content I loved on Twitter make the jump.

Saw Metallica last night and a Rush concert broke out

Look what arrived in the mail today, totally unexpectedly. As if I couldn't love Wolf Alice any more than I already do. #BloomBabyBloom

I invite everyone to read this scholarly article about Victory Gin, from George Orwell's "1984" by Shirley Lin. www.manyconversations.org/oily_gin

You have a collect call from: "WE MADE IT HOME SAFE!" Do you accept the charge?

In my heart it is the Nordiques vs. the North Stars

Tell me the horror movie that started your love of horror. 😱 #FilmSky #HorrorSky Not only did it make me explore more genres of horror, "Evil Dead II" inspired me to get an Honours B.A. in Film Studies.

We were at The Playhouse Cinema last night to see the premiere of "It Feeds", a fun indie genre horror film. There was a Q&A with the director and cast. If you get a chance to see this one please do! Plus, it was shot in Hamilton! #ItFeeds

Five comedies to get to know me 🎭 Top Secret! UHF Liar Liar Naked Gun Cabin Boy These aren't the best, but they came first to mind, and they certainly make me laugh. I'm sure in twenty minutes I'll make a whole new list.

Habs visiting the Leafs on CBC on a Saturday night...that's the way it should be. 💕🇨🇦🏒

I haven't paid any attention to NHL hockey since 1995. I think I'm going to start watching again. This all started because I went to an OHL game and was delighted to see how much the sport had changed.

Why yes, I am delighted to see snow flurries this time of year.

48 years ago today, on a snowy day at Exhibition Stadium, the Toronto Blue Jays beat the Chicago White Sox 9-5 in their first-ever game. Let's remember Doug Ault today. He had two home runs in that first game, including the first in Blue Jays' history.

If you love baseball uniforms like I do, you should check out my database of 1970s #MLB uniforms. Every uniform variation for every 1970s team (except Washington) pictured and explained... polyesterunis.com#b21207b6-5e2...

I just saw a Molson Canadian commercial on CBC's broadcast of the Leafs game that featured Rush playing "Fly By Night". 💕🇨🇦💕

Alright. It's Saturday night, I have no date, a two litre bottle of Shasta, and my all Rush mix tape. Let's rock!

Nous allons bâtir un Canada fort.

@wolfalicefans.bsky.social On March 29th, 2022, I saw Wolf Alice play The Opera House in Toronto.

Dear Pink Floyd, I keenly await to hear the solution to the Publius Enigma. Sincerely, John

I think Canadians would be very interested in seeing a return of BlackBerry products now.

I don't post much about politics, but I'm old enough to recall the election campaigns of Americans being derailed due to things like misspelling the word "potato", posing for photographs in a tank, or having an odd scream at the conclusion of a speech.

Once again another winter has come and gone without my trying hot Dr. Pepper

Age yourself with a toy from your childhood My friend had Baron Karza. I thought the magnet joints were the coolest thing I had ever seen.

Spring training baseball sure was different back in the 90s. I remember getting these in the mail...for free...simply by writing the team! So much info and trivia for the press and broadcasters.
