2. This trust in privacy of medical data is a fairly central part of the compact medicine has with the people they treat. But sure. Give it to Elon, and the guy they call Big Balls. That should go alright, right?

1. Large sectors of the economy built to protect the identities of patients. Nothing that is personally identifiable is allowed to circulate. Companies are held massively liable for privacy breaches. A patient should be able to trust that the most personal day about them remains personal.
