I also just saw The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar, a short Wes Anderson film. It was great! The stuff done in-camera and the magic of presenting the whole thing like a stage play but using the camera and editing to do things that are impossible in a play is so fun.

War of the Rohirrim was great. The performances are incredible, the animation provides enough separation that I didn’t compare it to the live action films, and the narration from Miranda Otto’s Éowyn brings it all home.
