Just remembered that this whole shaking down a struggling European country for their rare earth minerals is a plot line from the recent TV series ’The Regime’. It’s the sort of TV that Trump would watch thinking it was a documentary about dictators.

So if Republicans can scrap the 14th amendment, which seems to be as clearly written as it could be, then surely the 2nd amendment which talks about the need to raise a militia in a time before there was a standing army is fair game for a rewrite?

Trump is sitting at the Resolute desk in the Oval Office telling lies about the January 6th committee amongst other things to a room full of reporters and there is absolutely no pushback from any of them. Is it any wonder half of the country is brainwashed.

These Senate confirmation hearings are a joke. Grandstanding speeches from self important Senators on both sides, ass kissing sound bites from the Republicans, ineffective questions from the Democrats and nominees lying through their teeth and pretending they have never heard Trump utter a word.
