Ok....a few things about this plate.... 1. My butter and spring onion infused mash is better than any Michelin starred restaurant you'll find... 2. There is no knife required..as the meat is extremely tender....and 3. No Yorkshire's.... my wife and daughter aren't big fans. 😎
