As someone who lives in between two national forests, this is not only sad, but more than a little scary.

I'm probably going to regret the color choice when I go back to edit/type, but that's Future Jolie's problem.

You & I are the ones forever getting sent to the principal's office 😄

Every. Single. Time.

I'm from the South. Even our insults are flirtatious.

I've tinkered with small canvas totes & mini-book keychains. Wearables are always an option. Stickers & decals (can never go wrong with stickers). I use bookmarks in lieu of proper business cards.

I can where it would be a leftie hellscape. Better if you could write from right to left lol!

Of the chickens, or the bargain?

Not if they know what's good for 'em!

18 for a touch over $9. We wouldn't have purchased, but Mom's chickens don't lay as many eggs in the winter.

I embrace my hag-iness (hag-dom? hag-ification?) happily. I just know it isn't the aesthetic standard that social media is looking for lol.

Yes and no. I chose it because, unlike most days, I didn't look like an exhausted swamp witch.

Read the books, saw the musical, and the movie! So worth it.

Being sandwiched between 2 national forests with summer approaching spells all sorts of danger for us. We were scant on rangers anyway; without probies, I shudder to think of what's ahead.

Two of them were for the grandchild as well, so technically I'm saving the future.

Can't pass up a sale, either lol

Look, I've been here all my life & I'm still trying to figure out how we got Abbott. It's fishy.

Another to enjoy: Taika Waititi & Rhys Darby.

Oh, samesies! Absolutely in love with their friendship!

I'm holding off having livestock as long as I can (which is hard because I reeeeeaaaaly want livestock). There's still traveling I'd like to do, so the fruit & veg will have to do for now.

🤣 The egg market has gotten crazy out here! My mother is making a comfy sum off her hens. Tax-free. Tell no one lol

I don't know; I'm surrounded by supporters of the Cheeto-in-chief. Hard to believe they're going to change their tune. We don't really have a choice but to stay (caring for parents). Just...ugh. Between the pensioners & vacationers, I just want to be back in the city lol.

It looks like they're going to open 3 this year, but they all seem to be North of Dallas. But hey, a Costco in Tyler would be about a half- hour closer for me (3 hours to one in Houston).

I mean, we have Costco's in TX. Just not enough of them.
