Using perplexity.ai deep research every day for fun, just to see what research has been done in areas. I used to have more time, and I spent some of it reading research. To index research like this is letting any user poke around with correlation.

I have a gut feeling we never have to worry about them actually helping us make better life choices

Jonharvey.codes/blog First post on my complete rebuild of my personal site on nextjs! I’m doing 30 days of 30 posts to kick it off, starting with my argument that Sam Altman is just a hype machine. Sam Altman Says AI Will Destroy Jobs 'Full Stop' — But He’s Wrong

Ok I lied, local netlify dev and build process showed nothing but production on netlify is giving me a lambda function error… oh to track a bug in the blind is the life

It’s been a long time coming, so I’m excited to share that todays the day I let go of adding tweaks for a while and launch the newest version of my personal site! I’m an hour away from pushing changes, just need to upload the images for my first blog post!

Form validation with both tanstack form and zod making it easy to update my personal site, just checking form submission works and then deploying. Updating resume next, then socials and links, and going for my first (first personal) site with a cms to start putting my writing up somewhere

Added zod and tanstack form to my nextjs portfolio site. Next up I’m looking to add some sort of a blog feature, but I’m looking for something in the vein of ipfs for storing the data and using nextjs for caching frequent requests. Anyone know of a good lib? Ive heard ghost

headphones on and going to work

In playing with a telegram bot agent framework, I’m just starting to wonder how many accounts I’ve interacted with in the last 5 years. I suspect in a short time, if not already, AI content detection will be the service we will all wish we could pay for just to beat the exponential growth of spam.

Hey BlueSky, I’m Jon, web developer from California, currently in Buenos Aires for a few months and giving this app a little trial run. I have a new personal site I’m about to deploy, which replaces my old portfolio site. I did some fun things and want to share the process
