Whilst I’m sympathetic about spurs injuries, there comes a point where you have to get on with it. I can only imagine a lot of people on here weren’t supporting spurs in 2019. Poch came up with different formations from game to game, producing incredible performances. This was Dortmund. Jan LWB!

The last two games have been an absolute shambles. No shape to defend , nothing going forward. Injuries..whatever. A lot of this is coaching. Those players that are fit are better than this.

After the snacks and a couple more stouts I threw some prawns and clams into a pan with hot oil, garlic, white wine and parsley and we mopped up the juice with some nice bread.

Spanish style oxtail and butter bean stew tonight. Long and slow with tomatoes, red wine, garlic, cinnamon and thyme. Served with fluffy steamed potatoes and broccoli and a glass or two. Deeply satisfying.
