Anyone here live in #Worthing or nearby? Thinking of moving there later this year

A heartwarming and very funny film. I wonder what the related news is?

Not getting the support you actually need for bipolar? You’re not alone. People want to help—but they can’t read your mind. Here’s how to ask for the right kind of support and finally get it. #BipolarDisorder #MentalHealthSupport #SelfAdvocacy #bipolarsky l.natashatracy.com/support-bipo...

I know Spotify is not very fair on artists but you can’t knock its algorithm. Rediscovering this gem right now thanks to it. #indie #azteccamera #80spop open.spotify.com/track/3fqy3S...

Went to see Everyone You Know in Camden last night. They sounded ferociously angry and it didn’t really resonate with me. Much preferred their support act Public Order with their impressive wall of sound guitar effects and Placebo-esque vocals. #livemusic #gigs #publicorder #electricballroom

Well my latest follower is a Jesus nut and a proper fruitcake

Well said!

Do you know someone who could bring people together across the Sussex Ouse landscape to deliver nature's recovery? https://buff.ly/4hxsZHb

I’ve been stable for about 10 months now. I was sectioned and kept in hospital for a month. I recovered pretty quickly and have yet to relapse. makes me wonder if we should have milestones like alcoholics and drug users have? This way the word stable could be used like sober or clean. #bipolar
