My parents and brothers and I were a USAID family. I have a lot of great memories growing up in Africa and South America. It’s sad and frustrating to see thousands of people lose their jobs like this with no warning. The ripple effects hit hard in the local communities. apnews.com/article/trum...

I think it might be helpful for fans to understand, particularly re: writers - as a fan, you're experiencing the final version of the show/game/movies/etc. We, the writers (and many of the other artists) have experienced EVERY SINGLE version of it.
