I mostly use Obsidian for this type of stuff, it's pretty good at keeping an overview of all your tasks and notes. For a Trello-like UI there's a plugin called KanBan which people seem to have good experiences with but I personally haven't used it yet.

My colourblind ass also loves how some colours are very much alike, but most of them I can differentiate so it'll work for red-green colourblind people as well lol
