#OTD in 1864 the Prussian Army stormed the Danish positions at Dybbøl after preparations since 2 April. The 8th Brigade of the Danish 1st Division carried out the famous counter attack (photo) with great losses but the battle was lost. 125 years later I took part in the large anniversary parade.

We still don’t know: • Will Iran dismantle centrifuges or just pause them? • Is the missile program off the table again? • Who’s the “third country” taking enriched uranium? Too many blanks to call this a deal redux. www.timesofisrael.com/liveblog_ent...

A fine example of trade adjusting according to the barriers and incentives created by national governments - but not necessarily in the way that was hoped. The US makes cars for its specific market protected by tariffs. Nobody else wants them.
