Pretty clear what happened here. The US reached agreement with Hamas, by passing Israel. When #Israel saw it, they immediately rejected it, calling it a Hamas offer. The US didn't want to be seen as teaming with Hamas against Israel, so they backtracked. www.dropsitenews.com/p/hamas-unit...

The shooting in DC is reprehensible and an outrage. I don’t however, agree that it was necessarily antisemitic. The victims were staff of the Israeli embassy. The fact that they were targeted, rather than other Jewish attendees, suggests that it was due to their being representatives of Israel.

Gary Lineker will be fine - he's rich, has a huge platform and will get a job with another channel. It is, however another example of people being forced out of their jobs because they have strongly criticised Israel. This does nothing to combat actual antisemitism and makes Jews less safe.
