The SCOTUS has misinterpreted the US Constitution since McCulloch, ceding powers granted solely to “We the People” or to the States, 9th and 10th Amendment, to the Federal Government. The POTUS does not have the Constitutional authority to levy tariffs or allocate how money is spent. 1/

I've been saying this for months. Sanders is overhyped because of his Father. He has no elite physical traits. As a #NYGiants fan, I’d rather have Dart, Shough or Milroe. Depending on interviews. @edvalentine.bsky.social @tonydelgenio.bsky.social

#NYGiants Daily Mock Draft Let Daboll coach up Dart for a year. Grant is a 1st round graded DT. Milum move to G and starts right away. Higgens is a 6’4 complement to Naber. Brown has LT and RT flexibility. Strong as CB depth. Additional 1st and 4th rounder in 2026.

Well then, fund managers must be very slow learners.

Article 1 Section 8 explicitly grants only Congress the “power of the purse” or to allocate spending. Only Congress. Is she lying or ignorant? One or the other.

Could you be a bigger bootlicker? Probably not. But with MAGA it’s “hold my beer”

#NYGiants mock draft #138 Giants now have (3) 1st round picks in 2026. Trapilio starts at RT. Eluemenour moves back to G or LT if AT gets hurt again. Harmon next to Lawrence will be more than solid. Bech is going to be good as #2 to Nabers.

Corrupt beyond words. Trump is going to issue traiffs waivers to his friends and political donors. $$$$ Congress must step up and do their job. Only Congress has Constitutional authority to issue tariffs. Article 1, Section 8 reason.com/2025/04/09/m...

Trump caved. Hahaha.

The Supreme Court has every reason to rule against President Trump's tariffs and ample precedent to support its decision to do so.

These factory jobs will take years to come back. You don’t build a factory and transfer manufacturing overnight. These tariffs should be phased in over years. Give US manufacturing companies warning that tariffs are coming in 2026 if they don’t bring their factories back to US.
