I mainly just spend my time with the Discover feed, but you can go to the menu, #Feeds, and then “Discover New Feeds.” My impression is they can vary quite a bit in how they’re constructed, from simple “anything with these words” to complex home-brewed logic.

FWIW, there *is* an algorithm for the Discover page and there are lists with crowd-sourced algorithms. It’s just that the algorithm(s) here are more creator-friendly than places like Xitter.
