BREAKING: In today’s filing the regime continues to stonewall the judge in the Abrego Garcia case, refusing to follow her (and SCOTUS) orders to return him to the US, and has now declared that the terms of the arrangement to send Abrego Garcia to El Salvador are “classified”. This is lawlessness.

What makes this “I meant *other* people” phenomenon even worse is that the factory jobs a majority of respondents want for *other* people will never exist. They’ve been sold a mirage: a manufacturing job that only requires a high school education and pays a wage that can support a family. +

CONTEXT: In 1968 the book “The Population Bomb", by Paul R. Ehrlich, was released, creating quite a stir around the world. It warned that societal upheaval and mass death was likely to begin to occur in the 1980s due to global overpopulation causing mass starvation and environmental collapse.

At the very least, voting should be *as easy* as buying a gun. Somehow a large swath of people in this country have come to believe their rights are *more* infringed upon by having to wait a week whilst a background check is completed to buy a gun than having their right to vote revoked entirely.

It’s genuinely distressing to watch Bill Ackerman’s dissent in to ‘Dear Leader apologetics’, along with quite a few other supposed left-leaning business “leaders”. To see someone that was—by all accounts—at least marginally rational, fall in to such a farcical cycle of behaviour, is arresting.

To be clear, if the regime is able to effectively eliminate our constitutional right to due process, that is the end of the democratic republic. Due process is a—if not *the*—fundamental element of the ‘rule of law’, which in turn is a foundational requirement of a functioning liberal democracy.
