Helene dumped 30 inches of rain in a day and a half on our little town of Bat Cave NC turning our 2' deep creek into a 22' deep river which ripped the back of our house off. Thousands more like us in WNC. CONGRESS, STOP PLAYING POLITICS AND FUND THE SBA. We don't want handouts, just to rebuild!
